Virgin Media considering LSE listing

Cable operator Virgin Media is considering a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange, according to local reports.

The operator, which is currently quoted on the US NASDAQ exchange is said to be reviewing its listing as it examines its capital structure. It could make an announcement regarding its decision during its second-quarter results, due this week.
