Discovery World becomes Discovery Turbo Xtra in Russia
Discovery World in Russia is to change its brand to Discovery Turbo Xtra (DTX) on September 1, addressing a male audience.
DTX will offer a diet of male-focused programming including Eurosport-provided motorsports content and content from US male-interest channel Velocity as well as programming about nutrition, property stores, finance and hobbies.
The channel will be carried on pay TV broadcaster NTV+’s service.
The rebranding of Discovery World in Russia follows the successful launch of DTX in Poland two years ago.
