Disney rebrands Fox channels in the Balkans to Star

Disney has rebranded its portfolio of Fox channels in south-eastern Europe using the Star brand.

The four channels formerly marketed under the Fox name will now be known as Star Channel, Staf Life, Star Crime and Star Movies. The channels are available in in Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania.

Star Channel airs a broad range of entertainment programming including The Simpsons, Castle, Bones, Only Murders in the Building, starring Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez, the action-adventure series, True Lies and the procedural drama Alert: Missing Persons Unit.

Star Life focuses on light entertainment content and drama including Gaslit, Little Fires Everywhere, Desperate Housewives and Grey’s Anatomy.

Star Crime focuses on true crime including new shows Will Trent and Beyond Paradise.

Star Movies delivers a range of blockbusters and classic movies.
