Orange appoints Bruno Zerbib, replacing Michaël Trabbia

Orange has appointed Bruno Zerbib as chief technology & innovation officer and joins the group’s executive committee starting from June 1.

He succeeds Michaël Trabbia who was recently named executive director and CEO of Orange wholesale. Zerbib joins from Schneider Electric, where he served as chief technology and digital officer.

At Schneider Electric, he first joined as Director of Technology and Digital. In the role, Zerbib was responsible for providing more efficient, sustainable technological solutions to Schneider Electric customers, in particular by integrating the use of the cloud, artificial intelligence and industrial IoT.

Prior to Schneider Electric, the exec was director of technology and IT at Altice. He worked as part of Altice’s global engineering innovation division on key topics such as augmented TV experience, technology partnerships and network transformation for all of Altice subsidiaries.
