SFR strikes Le Pass Ligue 1 deal with Amazon

Altice France-owned service provider SFR has struck a deal with Amazon that will see it distribute the latter’s Le pass Ligue 1 offering in France in combination with Amazon Prime and its own RMC Sport service.

The deal for Le Pass Ligue 1 will enable SFR to offer the UEFA Champions League football tournament in it entirety, the 2022 World Cup, the best of France’s Ligue 1 and the majority of Ligue 2 to its set-top box and mobile customers.

The operator will offer Le Pass Ligue 1, RMC Sport and Amazon Prime for €20 a month to subscribers who sign up for one year.

For the 2022-23 season, Prime Video will distribute Le Pass Ligue 1 exclusively, offering more than 302 Ligue 1 matches or eight to 10 matches per match day, including the top 10 fixtures.

The line-up will generally include Friday evening matches at 21:00, Saturday’s 17:00 kick off match and Sunday’s 13:00 match, matches starting at 15:00 and the Sunday evening 20:45 fixture.
