The GLHF.GG site – which references the gaming abbreviation ‘good luck, have fun, good game’ – will focus on eSports entertainment, streaming, gamification and betting.

“We aim to create a community where eSports followers across the world want to spend time,” said Niklas Grawé, CEO of GLHF.GG.

“With this great and very relevant name together with our idea on how to mix streaming, betting and gamification, we have the prerequisites to attract attention from this rapidly growing audience.”

MRG and Gamingzone Entertainment first announced that they would launch an eSports JV earlier this year and recruited Grawé, who was formerly chief commercial officer at mobile operator Three Sweden, to lead it in the autumn.

MRG was founded in 2007 and operates a number of gaming sites including Winning Room, Mr Green and MamaMiaBingo. Gamingzone Entertainment is an entertainment company focused on creating original eSports content. Its founders have a TV background and hail from companies including TV4, MTG and Endemol Shine.
