Arris reported an increase in revenues and profits in the third quarter, as the firm continued to benefit from network investments by broadband providers.
Announcing its quarterly numbers, the communications technology company reported revenues of US$1.405 billion (€1.782 billion), compared to US$1.068 billion for the same period a year earlier.
Net income was also up at US$54.6 million, compared to US$17.2 million in Q3 2013.
“I am very pleased with our strong third quarter results. We continue to capitalise on the ongoing investments Broadband Service Providers are making in their networks,” said Arris chairman and CEO, Bob Stanzione.
“Our performance over the past year has been outstanding, taking the company to a new level of sales and profitability and laying the groundwork for a healthy future.”
