A+E’s History channel has expanded in Hungary following a carriage deal with Digi.
The joint venture channel between A+E and BSkyB has launched on Digi’s cable and DTH platforms. Viewers are able to watch series including Pawn Stars, Ice Road Truckers and Mankind The Story of All of Us.
Tom Davidson, managing director at A+E Networks UK, said: “We are very excited about this landmark launch on the Digi platforms. Expanding the reach of History to new audiences in Hungary is a continuing priority for us and we believe that our channels can add tremendous value to our affiliates’ offering. History is available in over 150 countries to over 300 million TV households.
