Interactive TV specialist Accedo has acquired US-based TV app developer CloverLeaf Digital.
CloverLeaf delivers TV apps to North American IPTV and cable operators. Its technology includes TV app management and provisioning solutions, which will be integrated into Accedo’s portfolio of solutions. The CloverLeaf team will form the basis of Accedo’s New York City office.
