UPC Poland adds Filmbox on-demand

UPC has added the Filmbox on-demand movie service to its Polish cable platform.

The service will offer 40 movies each month, including Frida, The Science of Sleep and Thunderpants. At the end of July it will offer comedy Because I Said So free of charge. Titles will cost between PLN3 (€0.75) and PLN5.

Filmbox is the seventh on-demand channel to be launched on UPC’s Polish platform, joining National Geographic, HBO, Disney and Cartoon Network.
