Sistema moves forward with reorganisation of assets

The board of Moscow network operator MGTS has recommended the terms of a mandatory offer by Sistema investment arm Sistema-Invenchur to acquire the remaining shares in the company that it does not already own.

Separately, Sistema-backed service provider Comstar-UTS (which operates on the MGTS network in Moscow) has launched a promotion to new subscribers in the Russian regions, giving access to internet and cable TV services for RUB1 (€0.02) for the first month until the end of January.
