YuMe to launch IPO

US-based online video advertising specialist YuMe is to launch an IPO that it hopes will raise approximately US$65 million (€50 million). YuMe, which provides technology that matches online ads to appropriate audiences, has revenues of US$116.7 million last year, up 70% year-on-year. The company posted a net profit of US$6.3 million in 2012.

YuMe joins Kaltura platform
