Samsung TV Plus relaunches comedy hub with ‘Schitts Creek’

Samsung TV Plus has relaunched its comedy hub in the UK with comedy drama Schitts Creek leading the roster of titles.

The Canadian cult comedy will launch all five seasons on the Samsung TV Plus platform for free.

The show features real-life father and son duo Eugene and Daniel Levy play Johnny and David Rose, who are forced to adjust to a penniless life in a small, country town.

Samsung first launched the Comedy hub in 2021 to replace its comedy channel. The revived hub also houses comedy formats such as Blandings, Corner Gas, Jann and Children Ruin Everything.

Schitt’s Creek will  feature on the comedy Hub with episodes of from the July 12, every weekday between 6.30pm – 8pm (BST), with the entire first season available to stream on demand.

The award-winning sitcom can be watched on the Samsung TV Plus platform without a subscription.
