Eutelsat sees strong bookings for Winter Olympics

Eutelsat has said that 5,000 hours of transmissions have been booked by TV channels and service providers on its satellites for coverage of the Sochi Winter Olympics. Eutelsat is providing coverage via Eutelsat 16A, Eutelsat 7A and Eutelsat 3D, which offer single-hop reach between Europe, Russia, North Africa and the Middle East.

Azam Media to launch new pay TV service for Africa
