Cosmos TV adds Setanta Sports

Belarusian pay TV operator Cosmos TV has added sports channel Setanta Sports to its line-up. The channel, which airs live English Premier League and Italian Serie A matches as well as coverage of American soccer league MLS and NHL hockey games, is available in Cosmos’s basic digital TV package.

Cosmos TV adds business and country lifestyle channels

Belarusian pay TV operator Cosmos TV has added two new channels to its line up. Success is a channel aimed at entrepreneurs and small business owners. Country Living airs programming based on life in the countryside, covering areas including agriculture, livestock and construction. Both channels have been added to Cosmos TV’s basic package.

Cosmos TV offers access to Tut.by

Belarusian pay TV and internet operator Cosmos TV has made the popular local portal Tut.by accessible to its subscribers. Tut.by will provide access to a wide range of services including TV services, to Cosmos TV subscribers. The Cosmos TV offering will not include Tut.by’s email service.

Cosmos TV adds Russia-Culture

Belarusian pay TV operator Cosmos TV has added the Russia-Culture channel to its line-up. The channel is dedicated to culture and arts, including theatre, cinema, music, movies and documentaries. It is available in the basic package of Cosmos TV’s digital service, and the Regional and Main packages of its analogue network.

Cosmos TV begins selling CAMs

Belarusian pay TV provider Cosmos TV has begun selling CI Plus modules to enable customers to view its TV service without the need for a separate set-top box. Cosmos TV’s CAM is available for BYR405,000 (€38). Subscribers can also obtain discounts across the operator’s three main packages.

Belarusian pay TV operator Cosmos TV has added Russian channel Amazing Life to its line-up. The channel, which focuses on sports and wellbeing as well as offering feature films and series will be offered in the operator’s analogue and digital tiers.

Cosmos TV Belarus launches CAM offering

Belarusian pay TV operator Cosmos TV has launched a conditional access module (CAM) service, enabling subscribers to access its HDTV services without the need for a set-top box. The module, giving access to Cosmos TV channels at a discounted rate, is available for BYR405,000 (€38).

Cosmos TV adds S-TV

Belarusian pay TV operator Cosmos TV is adding entertainment channel S-TV to its network. From April 20, the channel, which airs celebrity news and fashion programming, will be available in Cosmos TV’s Entertainment and Plus packages.

Cosmos TV includes Amusement Park and Top Secret in line-up

Belarusian pay TV operator Cosmos TV has added the Amusement Park and Top Secret channels to its line-up. Amusement Park is a cultural channel airing news and features from cinema, theatre, music and design. Top Secret airs documentaries based on investigative journalism and detective movies.

Cosmos TV Belarus adds Gulli

Pay TV provider Cosmos TV Belarus has added kids channel Gulli to its programming line-up. Gulli will be aired on Cosmos TV’s analogue and digital tiers, in the former case replacing 365 Days TV, on a trial basis.
