Samsung is offering a free pay TV subscription with Smart TVs bought in Hungary from Euronic shops.
The TV manufacturer has partnered with Liberty Global’s DTH platform UPC Direct and will offer a DVR, the Direct HD package with nine HD channels, a FilmBox Pak movie pack and a Direct Active adult pack free for three months.
Customers who already subscribe to the Direct Medium, Direct Plus or SuperPak packages can choose either the Direct HD pack, FilmBox Pak movie package or the Direct Active adult package free for three months.
Zoltan Pinkola, marketing and sales director for Hungary at UPC DTH, said, “This is a great opportunity to discover the value of the programming provided by UPC Direct with a new Smart TV from Samsung. UPC Direct has a great line-up of flexible packages to meet every TV user’s needs and this promotion will help us highlight these packages with Samsung in the many Euronics stores throughout Hungary.”
