SES signs capacity deal with Telekom Srbija 

Satellite operator SES’s has extended its partnership with Telekom Srbija by signing a new multi-year capacity deal on the SES-owned Astra 3B satellite at 23.5 degrees east. OTE sells Telekom Srbija stake

Telekom Srbija has struck a deal with Greece’s OTE for the acquisition of the latter’s 20% stake in the Serbian telco. Telekom Srbija will acquire OTE’s stake for €380 million. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of the year.
