Rostelecom acquires Enter

Russian service provider Rostelecom has acquired 100% ownership of regional fibre network operator Enter, which provides broadband services in Barnaul, Novokuznetsk, and Tyumen in Siberia. Rostelecom acquired Enter for RUB305 million (€7.8 million). Enter’s Metro Ethernet network was built out in 2010 and passes about 80% of homes in Barnaul and 50% in Novokuznetsk.
