Lattelecom adds CTC Baltics

Latvian IPTV provider Lattelecom has added the Russian-language CTC Baltics channel to its movies and entertainment package line-up. Separately, Lattelecom is adding multiple language soundtracks to the LTV1 channel on its digital platform. Viewers will be able to opt between Russian, English, French and German as well as Latvian.
