Viacom takes stake in web content firm Defy

Entertainment conglomerate Viacom has taken a minority stake in web programming giant Defy Media. In exchange, digital channel operator Defy will acquire Viacom’s gaming companies Addicting Games, GameTrailers and Shockwave.
