Interactive TV specialist Mirada has named Carlos Zalve as director of interactive media content. Zalve, who was previously country manager for Iberia at OpenTV and has worked as a TV producer and interactive TV specialist in a number of markets, will report to Mirada CEO Jose Luis Vazquez.
