Private signs IPTV deal with Virginmega

Adult video distributor Private Media Group has signed a content deal with French internet portal Virginmega.fr and its IPTV operator partner.  While Private didn’t reveal the identity of the operator, it said its content is now available in 18 European counties via 35 IPTV operators with a combined subscriber base of 7.3 million.

T-Com Croatia passes 100,000 IPTV subscribers

T-Com Croatia’s IPTV service, MaxTV, now has over 100,000 subscribers, according to the company, up 40 per cent on the figure for the end of June. MaxTV, launched in September 2006, offers about 100 local and international channels, as well as video-on-demand with about 2,000 film titles and a DVR service.
