DStv launches low-cost mobile TV for Kenya

South Africa-based pay TV operator DStv has launched a low-cost mobile TV offering for Kenya. Subscribers will able to access the service via laptops, iPads and PCs via a dedicated decoder, the Drifta, for KES440 (€3.23) a month, according to local reports. DStv faces competition in the Kenyan market from low-cost service provider Wananchi.
