France 24 editorial director resigns

The editorial director of news channel France 24, Jean Lesieur, has resigned. According to the AFP news agency, Lesieur resigned over differences with parent body Audiovisuel Extérieur de la France’s CEO Alain de Pouzhilac over the allocation of salary increases to editorial staff.

BSkyB weathering tough conditions

BSkyB ended September with 10.4 million customers after connecting 77,000 new homes during the quarter.
