Real Madrid launches streaming service RM Play

RM Play

Real Madrid has become the latest football club to launch its own streaming service.

The club’s RM Play service will feature over 700 hours of content and will be available on mobiles, tablets and smart TV devices including Apple TV, Android TV and Amazon Fire TV.

Real Madrid said the content line-up would be added to each day, and the service will be available both in Spanish and English, with Portuguese subtitles also available.

Registered Real Madrid supporters or Madridistas will have access to all sections of the service, including highlights, press conferences, interviews and special programmes, along with historical archive material, including match summaries of the first team’s matches for the last 15 years.

Users will also be able to access trailers and first looks at Real Madrid’s original series for free.

Real Madrid originals include Behind the Champions, Leyenda Blanca and Bernabéu, Campo de Estrellas.

Real Madrid also operates its own TV channel, RMTV, and the streaming service will include a live stream of this in both its national and international versions. News from the last 15 days will be available both live and on-demand.

RM Play will also offer, on-demand, coverage of current and past matches.
