Bouygues adds NBCU channels, with catch-up to follow

French service provider Bouygues Telecom has added a raft of channels from NBCUniversal International Networks and Direct-To-Consumer to its TV offering.

The operator has struck a deal to include Syfy, 13ème Rue, DreamWorks and E! to the line-up of channels available via its Bbox offering.

The new channels will be available for Bbox customers and on BBox Smart TV, and will also be available on Bouygues multiscreen smartphone and tablet offerings via the B.tv app.

The channels will be accessible via two packages – the Bouquet TV Bbox Famille, which includes over 40 channels, and the Bouquet TV Bbox Ciné, focused on movies. Both packages are priced at €14.99.

The addition of the four channels will be complemented in the spring by the arrival of catch-up offerings.

Content available via the new channels includes series such as Family Law, Resident Alien, The Midwich Cuckoos, My Life is Murder, Reginald the Vampire and Departure, along with reality shows such as Judge Mathis Family Matters and If We’re Being Honest with Laverne Cox and DreamWorks content such as All Hail King Julian and Casper’s Scare School.
