Trio of exec hires at Plume

Smart home tech provider Plume has announced a trio of new executive hires.

The company has announced the appointments of Iman Abbasi as chief human resources officer, Shari Piré as chief legal and sustainability officer, and Kiran Edara as chief development officer.

Abbasi joins from Symbotic where she served as chief human resources officer, while Piré joins from Cognate BioServices where she was chief legal officer and global head of sustainability. Edara meanwhile joins with more than 25 years of software development experience most recently as director of software development/GM connectivity services EC2 Edge at Amazon Web Services.

Edara provided praise for Plume’s “proven track record of innovation” and said: Plume is ideally positioned to solve complex technical problems to deliver unparalleled levels of service personalisation. I’m excited to lead and scale a multi-disciplinary, global engineering team.”
