ducktv gains carriage with Ziggo

Slovakia-based media outfit Mega Max Media has launched toddlier channel ducktv on Ziggo’s cable platform in the Netherlands.

All customers of Ziggo with a Movies & Series XL or TV Channels Plus package will be able to view ducktv at channel 311.

The channel offers curated programming aimed at children from six months to four years old. According to the outfit, its programmes are designed to encourage early learning while providing a fun and safe experience.

Short-form episodes with graphics, music and characters explore a variety of topics through songs, rhymes, amusing stories, and activities for both children and parents to participate in.

Iza Piotrowska, director of affiliate sales and business development at Mega Max Media, said: “This latest distribution success, especially with such an important player in the Benelux region, further proves that we are continuously committed to providing high quality toddler’s programming.
