Fuel TV turns to Wurl for global expansion efforts

Action sports broadcaster Fuel TV has announced an expanded global distribution and delivery partnership with Wurl.

The deal will see Wurl responsible for launching the Fuel TV linear channel on several streamers as part of an aggressive distribution expansion strategy. The company will oversee Fuel TV’s launch globally on Sports Tribal, Zeasn, LG, Xiaomi, and TCL platforms.

Fernando Figueiredo, CEO of Fuel TV, said: “The new agreement with Wurl is part of the brand’s expansion strategy. To have Wurl deliver the channel to our partners on a global scale while also helping monetize the channel with Wurl AdPoolTM is adding a lot of value to Fuel TV’s offering.”
