Content protection technology solutions specialist Friend MTS has named James Caselton as head of product.
Caselton will be responsible for the company’s product strategy and will manage a product team, expanding Friend MTS’s portfolio of video fingerprinting, watermarking and monitoring solutions.
Based in the UK, Caselton has 20 years of experience in mixed channel marketing, product management and sales and business development.
He previously served as marketing director, EMEA at Dolby Laboratories, where he executed marketing campaigns with leading international partners.
Caselton has also worked as international sales andn marketing manager for Phillips, managing the full product roadmap for all PC optical storage products for the business line worldwide.
