DAZN has agreed a landmark deal with UEFA that will make the Women’s Champions League free to view across the world.
The competition, which was previously shown in the UK by BT, has been awarded to DAZN in a four year deal from 2021-25, and marks the first time that UEFA has centralised all Women’s Champions League matches globally.
For the first two seasons (2021-23), fans will be able to watch live and on demand all 61 matches from the group stage onwards on DAZN and free on DAZN’s YouTube channel. For the last two seasons (2023-25), all 61 matches will be live on DAZN while 19 matches will be made available for free on DAZN’s YouTube channel.
While the global deal encompasses most of the world, the only omission is MENA, where DAZN will only play host to clips and highlights.

Women’s football is riding a surge in interest thanks to the greater investment in the sport from top clubs. This announcement comes after Sky Sports and the BBC earlier this year agreed a three-year deal with the FA Women’s Super League in the UK worth an estimated £8 million per year.
