TV maker Vestel has announced the launch of Amazon Music on its smart TVs.

The app is available on all Vestel-manufactured smart TV ranges across Europe produced after 2018, including those designed for many well-known brands such as Toshiba, Hitachi, Polaroid, JVC, Panasonic, Bush, Alba.

The app, available now, gives Amazon Prime members access to two million songs and over one thousand playlists and stations at no additional cost to their membership. This is expanded to 75 million songs for subscribers to Amazon’s Music Unlimited service.

Vestel said that its TV sets are equipped for music listening with features such as DTS Virtual: X, front-facing speakers and Dolby Audio Processing (DAP).

Barış Altınkaya, Deputy General Manager of Marketing and Product Management, Vestel, said: “We are excited to be able to launch Amazon Music across our Smart TV ranges.
