Accedo has announced the acquisition of advanced TV solutions provider Hibox.
The deal will see Hibox’s flagship Aura and Smartroom products complement Accedo’s offering of TV software solutions in a content portfolio the company says offers “unparalleled flexibility and cost efficiency for customers.”
Between them, the companies have “hundreds of customers worldwide” for whom they power video experiences.

The transaction will be completed in the coming weeks, and Accedo said that joint solutions “are immediately available.”
