Synamedia hires Techniolor exec to lead Indian sales

Video technology outfit Synamedia has announced the appointment of Deepak Bhatia as its general manager and head of sales for India.

Bhatia joins from Technicolor where he spent 13 years. Most recently, he was the company’s vice president and business head of sales in South Asia, overseeing sales, marketing and operations in the region. He also served as general manager of business development for over 10 years at Bharti Enterprises.

At Synamedia, Bhatia will be responsible for driving the company’s business in India with responsibility for the company’s sales and pre-sales teams.
