International sports broadcaster Eleven Sports has secured rights to exclusive live coverage of the forthcoming Anthony Joshua and Andy Ruiz Jr boxing match in Belgium, Portugal and Taiwan.
Joshua will be fighting to reclaim the IBF, WBA, WBO and IBO heavyweight titles from Ruiz in Saudi Arabia on Saturday December 7.
Eleven Sports viewers will be able to watch the match via a selection of pay-per-view and subscription packages on offer across the three territories.
In Belgium, fans will also have the opportunity to watch the fight in special screenings at Kinepolis cinemas around the country, in partnership with Eleven Sports.
“We want to bring the greatest sporting events to Eleven Sports fans, and it doesn’t get much bigger than the battle to be the heavyweight champion of the world,” said Danny Menken, group managing director, Eleven Sports.
“This fight is a great addition to an already very strong portfolio of rights across Belgium, Portugal and Taiwan which includes the UEFA Champions League, Premier League, La Liga, Formula 1 and much more besides. We hope our fans enjoy it.”
