Pluto TV to launch on Cox Contour and Contour Stream Player

Viacom-owned Pluto TV and US Telco Cox Communications have announced that the streaming platform is to launch on Cox Contour.

In a statement made on June 4, it was confirmed that the Pluto TV app will be made available to Contour and Contour Stream Player customers.

The launch of Pluto TV on Contour and Contour Stream Player will provide Cox customers with endless enjoyment of our curated, lean-back streaming offering.”

This partnership is the latest extension of Viacom’s long-standing relationship with Cox and complements its efforts to accelerate participation across next-generation platforms to expand its consumer reach.

The announcement comes shortly after Viacom announced major international expansion plans for Pluto TV during Viacom’s latest quarterly earnings call.
