Eleven agrees two-year extension to Orange deal

Eleven Sports has agreed a two-year extension to its distribution partnership with Orange in Belgium and Luxembourg. The new agreement means that Eleven Sports 1, 2 and 3 will continue to be distributed for free in HD in Orange’s standard digital television package for Orange Love customers.

Orange customers in Belgium and Luxembourg will be able to continue to enjoy premium football on Eleven Sports with up to 10 La Liga matches, five Serie A matches and five Bundesliga matches every week, action from FA Cup and the EFL, and internationals from the UEFA Nations League and UEFA Euro 2020 qualifiers.

Fans will also have access to live NBA with four regular season games a week, the All-Star Weekend, and the playoffs and final, as well as two regular season games a week from the NFL, the playoffs and the Super Bowl, plus many other top sporting events including live MMA from UFC and Cage Warriors, as well as other popular sports in the local market including hockey, cycling, darts and snooker.

Orange customers can watch Eleven Sports at home on traditional TV, and from this summer, they will also be able to watch on the go via the Orange TV app.

Orange Belgium is the only telecom operator in Belgium to offer Eleven Sports at no additional cost. Eleven Sports is also available on several other major platforms in Belgium and in Luxembourg, including Proximus, Telenet, VOO, Scarlet and TV-Vlaanderen.

Anouk Mertens, managing director, Eleven Sports in Belgium and Luxembourg, said: “It has always been our aim to make premium sports content available to as many fans as possible, regardless of the platform they use. We are delighted that the very best domestic and international sports action on Eleven Sports will be more accessible than ever for Orange Love customers who will now have access at home and on the move through their Orange subscription.”
