Nordic Entertainment Group launches new corporate branding

Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT Group) has launched new corporate branding that is designed to reflect its ambitions to provide “the best and broadest entertainment experiences in the Nordic region and beyond.”

The move comes ahead of NENT Group’s previously announced split from MTG, with each to operate as a separate organisation from 1 July.

“The Nordic region is one of the world’s most dynamic media markets and our ambition is to provide the best and broadest entertainment experiences possible for our consumers and partners,” said Anders Jensen, NENT group president and CEO.

“We have a uniquely integrated model, and produce, broadcast and stream exciting content for viewers, listeners and followers. The launch of our new and vibrant brand is the latest step along our path to becoming a separate listed company.”

NENT Group’s platforms and brands include: a number of pay and free TV channels in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden; the Viaplay streaming service and Viasat broadband and IPTV service; 30 production companies in 17 countries; digital media house Splay Networks; and a host of commercial radio stations.
