Rail and coach infotainment outfit names Florsheim as chairman

UK rail and coach infotainment provider GoMedia has named former Sky and M7 Group executive Jon Florsheim as non-executive chairman.

GoMedia which provides entertainment, information and advertising cointent systems for train and coach operators, has struck deals with TransPennine Express, Greater Anglia, c2c and West Midlands Rail over the last year, adding to existing customers Eurostar, Virgin Trains and National Express Coaches. The company is led by former Freeview managing director Matt Seaman.

Florsheim previously served as managing director, customer group and chief marketing officer for Sky as well as CEO of pan-European pay TV operator M7 Group.
