Eleven secures top-tier German and Italian football for Belgian market

Sports network Eleven Sports has secured exclusive rights to German top-tier football in Belgium.

Eleven sports has acquired live and exclusive Bundesliga rights for the next three seasons in an agreement with IMG. The deal will include exclusive highlights and near-live clips for social media as well as giving Eleven subscribers in Belgium access to big matches from the German league on TV.

At the same time, Eleven has renewed a deal for Italian Serie A rights in Belgium. The deal also runs for the next three seasons.

Eleven will air coverage of German and Italian football on cable, IPTV and satellite platforms as well as via its own OTT TVB platform. The Eleven Sports channels are available in Belgium via the Telenet, Voo and SFR cable networks, the Proximus IPTV network and the M7 Group-operated TV Vlaanderen and Télésat DTH platforms.
