Altice-owned French service provider SFR has added a new package of Chinese channels to its TV programming offering.
Chinois Premium offers 30 channels, including news services CCTV-4 and CNTV-General, fiction channels Hunan Mango TV and Anhui TV and entertainment channel Dragon TV.
SFR said that the line-up was shaped to cater to the needs of the Chinese community in France, French students learning Mandarin or anybody interested in Chinese culture.
The package will be available for €10.88 a month, but the channels will be available in the clear until September 15.
The full line-up of channels comprises CNTV-General, CNTV-Finance, CNTV-Science, CNTV-Animation, Shandong TV, Anhui International TV, Tianjin TV, Jiangxi TV, Hubei TV, Shenzen TV, Guangdong TV, Sichuan TV, Liaoning TV, Xiamen TV, Southeast TV, Wenzhou TV, Star TV, Hong Kong TV, One TV, Macau Asia TV, China Education TV, Cartoon Channel, Entertainment Channel, Boutique Entertainment Channel, CCTV-4, Hunan Mango TV, Beijing TV, Dragon TV, Phoenix Europe and Phoenix News.
