In a brief statement announcing the deal, Nagra-owned Kudelski said that “financial terms remain confidential and were not disclosed,” and did not go into specifics of the arrangement.
Kudelski offers end-to-end media solutions to the digital entertainment industry, including services and applications requiring access control and rights management to secure revenue in digital television, internet, mobile and interactive apps.
Scripps Networks Interactive’s channel brands include HGTV, DIY Network, Food Network, Cooking Channel and Travel Channel. Its international assets include TVN in Poland and UKTV – a joint venture with BBC Worldwide.
