Ole Fruekilde Madsen, the CEO of Danish cable operator Stofa, is to take on a role with utility parent company SE as head of corporate communications and development.
Fruekilde Madsen will retain his Stofa role. The cable operator and its parent are becoming more closely integrated and the appointment is part of that overall strategy to create an organization with a combined offering of energy supply services, broadband and TV.
SE has also named Torben Poulsen as head of group sales and operations. Poulsen was previously director of operations at Stofa, having earlier served as director of Syd Energi Net.
He will be tasked with ensuring the delivery of a high-quality customer experience through operations, services and sales.
Other changes at SE include the departure of energy business chief Lars Andreasen and Henrik Mentz, who led the merger of SE and northern Jutland telecom operator Nyfors.
