TVN appoints legal director to the board

Poland’s TVN Group has appointed legal department director, Marek Szydłowski, to the management board.

The move applies with immediate effect and Szydłowski will continue to have overall responsibility for all aspects of legal service, as well as information security, compliance and internal audit.

“Over the last three years Marek has provided outstanding leadership to our legal team and has overseen TVN’s smooth integration with Scripps Networks Interactive. He will be a valuable member of the Board,” said Jim Samples, president of international for TVN’s parent company Scripps Networks Interactive.
