Conviva Experience Insights provide DAZN with real-time diagnostics and alerts to identify potential issues and improve overall quality, providing a consistent quality of viewing experience across connected devices including smart TVs, smartphones, tablets and game consoles, according to Conviva.
Conviva’s Precision product meanwhile enables DAZN to manage workflows for its online video distribution, optimising the delivery path over a CDN resource or creating different bitrates for each unique viewer.
