Zappware and Froomle have signed a deal in which Froomle will provide behavioural personalisation technology for Zappware’s technology platform.
The solution makes use of user data, including viewership stats and end-user service provider information to offer operators personalised recommendations on content items, quad-play bundles, promotions and advertising.
Zappware and Froomle said that they will provide a unique way to address shared devices without requiring individual login.
“Current state-of-the-art technologies in personalisation and recommendation are underused in video services and we share the vision of Zappware on how to bring this to the end-user. ‘You are what you see’ and we suggest asset items based on this behavior,” said Froomle co-founder, Bart Goethals.
Zappware will exhibit at IBC on stand 1.A.81
