Telia is making its TV streaming services in Sweden, Finland and Denmark available on Chromecast devices, enabling users to view its content on TV screens using the device.
Telia said that its stores in Sweden and Denmark, and Sonera stores in Finland now offer deals on Telia TV, Play+ and Sonera Viihde combined with Chromecast.
“Streaming films on any device, and Chromecast in particular, is increasing in popularity and we are therefore thrilled to be able to offer our customers this service. The Chromecast device is, just like our Telia TV, Play+ and Sonera Viihde service, really easy to use, and a good way for our customers to enjoy our wide content offering of TV channels, play services, sport, full seasons of TV series and a large movie store also on a big TV screen. And the real advantage is that you can take your big screen TV experience with you,” said Johanna Berlinde Head of Global TV & Media Telia Company.
