Vectra takes stake in business services provider

Polish cable operator Vectra has become a strategic investor in business solutions provider Horyzont Internet Technologies.

The Poznan-based company, which provides internet products for the enterprise market, will enable Vectra to expand its enterprise-focused offering, according to the cable operator. Horyzont offers services to smaller ISPs as well as business customers in western central Poland via its 400km fibre network in Poznan and neighbouring cities.

Horyzont’s management will remain in place.
