Euskaltel shareholders approve changes

Spanish cable operator Euskaltel’s general shareholders meeting has approved the re-election of Alberto García Erauzkin as executive chairman and Francisco Arteche as its new CEO.

The meeting also approved the appointment of board member Alician Vivanco, representing Karteral 1 SL and of independent board members Elisabetta Castiglioni and Miguel Ángel Lujua, as well as the re-election of José Ángel Corres as vice-chairman.

Arteche replaced the previous CEO, Fernando Ojeda, in May.
