The €10.99 per-month offering lets both T-Mobile customers and non-customers stream channels and on-demand content to their smartphones, tablets and computers.
From next month Knippr will also be accessible on TV via Google Chromecast and Apple Airplay integration.
Channels available via Knippr include NPO 1, NPO 2, NPO 3, RTL 4, RTL 5, SBS6, RTL 7, Net5, Disney XD, Veronica and RTL 8.
The general release comes after T-Mobile started beta-testing the service in late April. The company first announced plans to launch Knippr back in December.
